Is ePawDen part of Sure Petcare?
No. ePawDen is an independent brand. SureFeed is a competing product referenced here for comparison, not an affiliation or compatibility claim.
Will my pet's microchip work?
ePawDen supports implanted 15-digit ISO FDX-B microchips at 134.2 kHz. It does not support 9- or 10-digit chips. Check the chip type with your veterinarian, or use the included ePawDen RFID collar tag.
What if I have a large or tall cat?
Your pet needs to fit the opening and put its head inside the reading frame. Chip position, pet size and approach can affect recognition. A Tilt Riser may improve alignment for some pets, but it is not a guaranteed fix. Contact us about fit and setup before buying.
Does it dispense meals automatically?
No. You fill the bowl yourself. The lid controls access for registered pets; this is not a timed kibble dispenser and does not weigh out or dispense portions.
Will it prevent all food stealing?
It helps limit unauthorized access with a selective lid and covered rear. A determined pet may still try to reach food while another pet is eating. Optional Side Guards add coverage near the opening; they are not included with the standard feeder bundles.
Can I use my existing SureFeed bowls or tag?
Cross-brand accessory and RFID-tag compatibility has not been confirmed. Use bowls designed for ePawDen and the included ePawDen collar tag rather than assuming your SureFeed accessories will fit or pair.
How do bundles, delivery and returns work?
Choose a live product variant and quantity above. Each feeder includes its standard steel bowl and RFID collar tag; only the Feeder + Tilt Riser Kit includes a riser. Checkout shows destination-specific shipping, applicable discounts and taxes. Non-defect returns require intact packaging and resellable condition, with return shipping paid by the customer.
