I was a kickstarter backer and this has worked incredibly well for me. I have one cat that’s an over eater and one who is a grazer. This ensures the grazer always has access to good! Excellent product.

I was one of the kickstarter backers and was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality in person. I have another brand of feeder similar to these but they’re significantly bigger and allow for the other cats to squeeze in beside the cat the feeder is for so I gave up on those ones. My other cats just stand and stare while my little old man (17yrs) eats from this “black magic” food holder, it’s pretty funny to see their reactions.
I would love if there was shallow stainless dishes for the wet food as an option :)

I really like the product

This feeder is really easy to use and has a compact design, which makes it harder for a second cat to squeeze in beside the one eating. I also love the back cover, as it stops another cat from stealing food from the back. The risers are great for my larger cat, making it much more comfortable for him to eat. Plus, the side guards work really well even with the compact size, one of my other cats still tries to sneak in next to the other while they're eating, and the side guards help prevent that effectively.

It was great the first night. Then it stopped recognizing my cats chip and he will not wear a collar. I’ve done everything I possibly can. and it won’t work. Obviously, I’m going to return it, but I am extremely disappointed that such an expensive literally lasted less than four hours

I had to buy 2 of these feeders as both my cats are on different kinds of prescription food. I cannot give 5 stars because the microchip option did not work on either one of my (different rescue service, different age) cats, and they now have to forever wear a collar, despite being indoor cats. So the 1 star deduction is the reduced comfort of my cats (and the new noises they create when scratching those pesky collars...). Otherwise, the feeders work well - so far, 2 weeks in. It took a while for my older cat to overcome the fear of the moving parts and start eating from her feeder. The long term test will be how long the moving parts work, and how long the charge lasts.
